Secure Packaging
Place the items back in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it firmly to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
